IQA Electrical Contracting were recently contracted to upgrade the electrical installation within the Gas Training room at Reid Kerr College in Paisley. The scope of our activities included installation of bay lighting, socket outlets and fused connection units. These were installed to comply with the requirements of the 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations BS7671: 2008. All power within the facility has been installed to enable it to be shut off using local emergency stop buttons in the event of a gas emergency.
We are able to carry out similar works in a variety of environments and will be able to help with any queries about what is required to complete each job. As with all of our business units we will follow all relevant safety procedures and complete the work to an exceptional standard.
