IQA Utilities also provide internal mains upgrade works to multi story flats throughout Scotland although most of our recent work has been in the Glasgow area. These are CDM sites and controlled by an on site foreman who oversees the daily running of the project. Each project can consist of tower blocks with occupancies ranging from 56 to 192 flats. To date we have completed over 25 of these projects with over 4000 properties having the supply reinforced.
We will notify all tenants in advance with notification of the work we will be carrying out in their property. Our site agents and office based staff are happy to help with any queries from tenants on these major projects and hope to work with them in making sure there is a minimum disruption throughout.
