Customer Satisfaction

 

The IQA Way includes a commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement and, as such, we ensure that our clients’ requirements are exceeded and their feedback is used to improve our service. To help with this we have recently carried out a customer satisfaction survey to obtain the views of our customers and develop in areas where they feel it is required.

 

The feedback received has been extremely positive with an overall Customer Satisfaction rate of 83%. Although this is pleasing for everyone at IQA it also helps us look at areas we need to develop in order to improve further and move towards a 100% satisfaction rate.

 

As part of this survey we had a prize draw open to everyone who gave us feedback with Piotr Bellina Szczytnicki of Lanarkshire being the lucky winner.
