In keeping with the nature of our work we will often require access to your property. When we do our operatives will always carry official IQA identification and show this on request. Any work undertaken by us will be done in the minimum time possible and we will not stay in your property any longer than required. We will respect your property and, where safe to do so, any cultural beliefs you tell us about. We would ask our customers to provide us with a safe, unhindered working environment and contact us if there are any potential hazards you feel we may face.
