Your employment may be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure Scotland certificate in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the Police Act 1997. This will be dependant on specific work contract specifications of which you will be advised.
All applicants who require disclosure checks should obtain their user ID from the IQA Group HR Dept. In order to do the application you must have the following information to hand:
  • NI number (if applicable)
  • Five year address history including postcodes
  • Passport details (if applicable)
  • UK driver licence details (if applicable)  

You are further required to inform the Company immediately if at any time during your employment you are convicted of any criminal offences or are in receipt of any indictments or police cautions.  Any such information disclosed to the Company will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Failure to notify the Company of any such convictions, indictments or cautions may result in disciplinary action against you up to and including dismissal for gross misconduct.
